i applied for a credit card and was accepted a week ago. i still have not received said card.
Answer:
If you got notified of your approval and still haven't got the credit card, you are strongly recommended to contact your bank and clear it out. Maybe, there were some problems with the service that need to be resolved.
Best wishes,
Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service.

To Whom It May Concern: I am trying to apply for the Discover Card Platinum card; however, there are a few fields that don\'t apply to me. For example, I do not own or rent a home; therefore, I should be able to skip that field of questions. What can I do if there are fields that do not apply to me? It would be beneficial if I could speak to a representative from your company, in order to complete this application properly. Thanks, Lynette
Answer:
When applying for a credit card, you are supposed to answer all the questions in the application form and you cannot skip one. As you fill out the form, your creditors will decide whether you can or not be issued a credit card. To contact a representative of the company, you need to call the customer's service of the bank or go to its the official site for help.
Best,
Manager of Immediate Credit Card Care Service.

I am in some serious debt with credit cards. Actually, 5 different cards. I am working with two of them, but cannot meet the demands of the debt collectors that the debt has been sent to. The only solution I see for this is to just send a certain amount of cash to each one each month, even if this amount has not been agreed upon. What would happen if I do this? They wouldn't send the check back, would they? The reason i am thinking of doing this is if they decide to take me to court someday, I can at least say that I am sending them money every month. Do you think this is a good idea? Just to let you know, I have tried several other options like getting a loan (but I'm not a homeowner).
Answer:
You can compare the grace periods of all your 5 cards to make a schedule. Then you pay off the debt on one of the cards, next day you can charge money from it and pay your balance on the next card. This should be effective in the short-term period.
If it is not possible, try to contact you bank manager and discuss the payment scheme you can afford.

Sincerely,
Manager of Immediate Credit Card Service

Does Discover include the extended warranty for new purchases? If not,who does?
Answer:
Most platinum credit cards give the extended warranty on purchases, if you register them with your credit company. The exact information should be in your accompanying documentation. If not, contact Discover customer service to learn if this option is possible with your credit card.
